The role of Accounts Receivable Team Leader lies within a leading international FMCG company who welcome progression and career development.

This position is to principally manage all day to day operational activities of the Accounts Receivable function under the direction of the Credit Manager. It calls for supporting execution of the Accounts Receivable processes and ensuring team members are fulfilling stated objectives through delivery of performance and quality outcomes.

The primary purpose of the role is to assist in optimising cash inflows, mitigation of risk and provision of support and advice. The Accounts Receivable Team Leader will have a thorough understanding of key debt collection strategies and techniques.

The successful applicant will be a subject matter expert in credit management principles, activities and processes. You will have a good understanding of general accounting and administrative functions and will have previous experience in a supervisory position.
