Scotts Honda Artarmon is looking for a Workshop Manager who is able to:

• Organise & lead a team of 15+ workshop staff
• Coordinate technical training & development
• Coach staff to develop diagnostic skills
• Coordinate Factory training commencing in Sept 2010 
• Encourage a culture of skill development and technical ability
• Ensure smooth flow of work
• Maintain a strong focus on quality control

We are looking for someone with experience in a dealership workshop or large mechanical workshop.
