They are looking for an experience Site Manager to run a $30M industrial project in Sydney\'s North West.

You will be responsible for:

• All aspects of the project from planning and costing through to scheduling and ensuring deadlines are met
• Managing and Scheduling a large site team
• Industrial Relations and OH & S issues
• Handling the day to day operations on site including site meetings
• The liaison between client and sub-contractor
• Conducting site audits and inspecting work to ensure it conforms to all necessary requirements and legislation

You will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Appropriate building or trade qualifications
• Excellent longevity with previous employers
• First class communication and negotiations skills and an ability to work with senior managers and junior staff alike
• A proven track record in the successful delivery of major projects within the constraints of time, quality and budget
• An ability to motivate a team and lead from the front
