This National construction company offers integrated services within the building and construction industry. Project completions to date have included hospitality venues, schools, industrial and community facilities, residential developments, shopping centres and office complexes.
They are looking for an experience Site Manager to run a $30M industrial project in Sydney\'s North West.
You will be responsible for:
- All aspects of the project from planning and costing through to scheduling and ensuring deadlines are met
- Managing and Scheduling a large site team
- Industrial Relations and OH & S issues
- Handling the day to day operations on site including site meetings
- The liaison between client and sub-contractor
- Conducting site audits and inspecting work to ensure it conforms to all necessary requirements and legislation
You will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Appropriate building or trade qualifications
- Excellent longevity with previous employers
- First class communication and negotiations skills and an ability to work with senior managers and junior staff alike
- A proven track record in the successful delivery of major projects within the constraints of time, quality and budget
- An ability to motivate a team and lead from the front
