• Provide superior customer service over the phone through effectively building rapport with customers and striving to achieve desired outcomes for all
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Work as part of a team and create a team atmosphere conducive to delivering superior service. 
• Able to set and work towards goals that contribute to achieving contact centre business targets  
• Adhere to and complete all compliance requirements in a timely manner
