My client owns a beautiful 36 place centre located in the Inner West. A current vacancy for a Diploma trained candidate exists in the 3 to 5 year room which caters for up to 20 pre-schoolers each day.

To be considered for this r ole, you will need to have at least two years experience working in a child care setting.

The successful candidate will be employed to work alongside another Diploma trained candidate, who takes care of the planning & programming of a School Readiness program for the children aged 4 to 5 years. Your focus will be working with the 3 to 4 year group, and you will be responsible for developing programs and completing observations. Currently the centre is using a combination of the Emergent Curriculum & the Early Years Learning Framework.

You will be outgoing, confident and flexible. In addition, you will be required to be apart of a rotating roster and your shifts will be 7:30am to 4:00pm OR 9:30am to 6:00pm.

Essential Criteria:

• Candidates will need to have at least two years experience working in a child care centre
• Completed Diploma of Children\'s Services
• Understanding of the Emergent Curriculum & the Early Years Learning Framework
• Ability to plan & program
