The Drug and Alcohol Worker is responsible for providing an integrated counselling approach that promotes, facilitates and supports change in the interaction between people suffering from drug and alcohol issues and their families. 

The role will support the local community in education, awareness, and health promotion activities, as well as leading/participating in Community Development projects related to drug and alcohol issues.
