As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the main point of contact for customers providing sales and service support to customers, following up on orders, resolving basic technical enquiries and liaising internally to get customer issues sorted out. After an extensive training program that will teach you everything about the business you will get the opportunity to progress into different roles and work in several areas within the company. Working overseas is also an option.

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to multi task, be pro-active and you will have experience in a customer service environment. Ideally, you are a recent graduate looking for a first step in a global organisation.
