Reporting to the HR manager, the mandate of this role is to plan, develop and deliver training programmes within a best practice HR environment. You will be responsible for evaluating the framework and identifying further opportunities to align L&D and HR strategy to business growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Implementation of HR and L&D programmes
- Looking after L&D projects
- Evaluating training needs and developing training programmes and procedures
- Analysing specific training needs of employees
- Overseeing training programmes
- Planing and carrying out performance management programmes
- Advising and assisting with line management for employees
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Cert 4 in training and assessment
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Strong L&D background
- Proven ability to develop and implement learning and development programmes
- Experience in a retail/FMCG or RTO industry background essential
