A fantastic 6 month (possible extension) opportunity exists for an experienced elearning Instructional Designer with a strong banking background to be an integral part of this exciting learning project. Working within an experienced and dedicated project focussed team, this role will enable you to demonstrate and utilise your existing skills whilst picking up new ones and enabling you to really make an impact on this varied and key retail banking project.

As part of the bank\'s continuing professional development program, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

Development of e-learning (Captivate & Lectora)
Preparation of assessment questions
Prepare presentations/training workshops for back office audiences as required
Development of workshop aids
Facilitate workshops as required

To be considered for this varied, team based role you will have a strong Instructional Designer background gained from within financial services and have developed learning programs from beginning to end. With highly developed workshop and training skills you will also possess excellent stake holder management skills and the ability to take ownership of key tasks. An strong understanding and experience of elearning is essential(Captivate and Lectora ideally, though other platforms will be considered).
