If successful, your responsibilities will include:-

• Manage all System Testing (Impacted Interfacing Legacy) activities
• Lead the team in delivering and implementing consistent test disciplines and processes using associated best practices across the program.
• Assist with building and mentoring the team through recruitment, guide and develop their career progression
• Identify the test support capability required to meet the program demand and enterprise reporting requirements.
• Be the key escalation point for all System testing (legacy) related support program issues across multiple projects and manage them effectively to the desired effect
• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with the business, program and IT management
• Act as change agents initiating and implementing SDLC-wide improvements to ensure delivery of quality for new and/or existing business applications
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the Testing Practice by participating in testing, forums and workshops.

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong mix of the following key skills:-

• Minimum 5 Years Testing Experience.
• Minimum 2 Years Test Management.
• Good test management skills.
• Good knowledge of testing processes and procedures.
• Prior experience working in a large transformational program.
• Prior experience working in a multi vendor environment.
• Delivery focused ability to meet deadlines. .
• Banking and or finance domain experience.
• Quality Centre tool experience.
• Web application testing experience.
• Prior testing experience gained on midrange and or mainframe systems
