This is an in-house vacancy with one of Australia‘s largest diversified property groups.
Within in a team of commercial property specialists, you will report to and work closely with Senior Legal Counsel to handle a wide range of transactions within the group‘s retail assets, covering disposals, acquisitions and advisory work as well.
You will be able to demonstrate hands-on experience with commercial property asset transactions, ideally retail assets, either from a role within the property group of a major law firm or from other similar in-house positions. You should also be able to show a track record of working closely with other members of a specialist team, and also with stakeholders and/or external clients in an advisory capacity as a subject matter expert.
In return you will gain excellent high-level exposure to significant commercial property transactions in a team that includes accredited property specialists.
