Paralegal -  Financial Services Recovery

Currently seeking a career Paralegal (ie someone not studying law) for a national law firm in the CBD.

You must have at least 2+ years of \'hands on\' experience gained within a law firm or a Mortgage and Estate Realisation Company.

A unique role - liaise with property managers and agents in \'realisation services\' within the securityof a structured law firm.  Technology and procedures in place, assists you deliver an efficient service to your clients. Your proactive approach and outgoing demeanour will be appreciated. A career opportunity for a career paralegal.

Experience in the field of Mortgagee Reposession for banks or financial institutions would be desirable not not essential for this role.

Work with external parties such as agents setting prices and selling properties on behalf of banks and financial institution  clients, of course you will also undertake all related administration such as;

• giving accurate market intelligence to your clients
  
• preparing detailed reports
• setting reserve/fall back
• Meeting your kpi\'s
