We are looking for the right person to join our dynamic team.  This is your opportunity to join a business and property firm that is growing and succeeding. You will be well remunerated for your 1 to 2 years of post admission commercial experience, ideally gained in a top-tier or mid-tier firm. You will be supported and encouraged to build your own strong client base while assisting our partners and senior associates with work for existing clients.

 

You will work to provide timely advice to clients on a range of interesting corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, share agreements, business sales, ASIC compliance, corporate governance and corporate finance transactions. You will also have exposure to workplace, intellectual property and commercial property and construction transactions.
