Reporting to the Senior Product Manager in this driven team you will take responsibility for all aspects of Product Management including competitor research, product development, business proposals, product enhancement, profitability analysis, process and compliance improvements and stakeholder engagement to changes across a suite of open and legacy products.

You will be a strong team player able to use your strengths in hands on execution and delivery of product developments to further grow the portfolio. You will be focussed on delivering the most profitable products whilst enhancing customer satisfactions and improving operational efficiency of your portfolio.

As an exceptional stakeholder manager you will be experienced in building relationships with key senior partners across marketing, sales, operations,analytics, compliance, legal and IT to gain buy in and understanding of your product portfolio.

They require -

• Minimum 3 years experience in the Life Insurance Industry, preferable with a technical background such as Product Management or underwriting - Essential
• Compliance and FSR regulatory exposure - Preferred
• Direct Marketing / Call-Centre Environment - Preferred
