The Property Council of Australia is the national advocate for the property industry and one of the country\'s leading business groups.
Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Deputy Executive Director to take a leadership role in our dynamic NSW advocacy team.
Reporting to the NSW Executive Director, you will be responsible for:
- Policy development and submissions
- Advocacy and public affairs strategy
- Representing the industry to senior policy makers
- Media comment on designated issues
- Design of industry seminars
- Liaison with senior industry representatives

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong policy and public affairs analytical skills, a detailed understanding of the political process, superior verbal and written communication skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and be able to lead teams in a fast-paced complex environment.
