Your responsibilities will be to:

·         Provide day- to-day operational site management

·         Develop and maintain strong business relationships, specifically with growers and customers

·         Lead a team of people and help them to achieve business goals

 

To be successful in the role ideally you will have:

·         Strong agri-business experience

·         Operational and/or management experience

·         A sound understanding of OHS requirements and basic computer skills in Microsoft Office

 

You will also build relationships easily and are an honest, hardworking person with a passion for country life.
