ASSESSMENTS OFFICER
NSW Maritime is the owner of the beds of Sydney, Newcastle and Port Kembla Harbours, and Botany Bay. It is also a delegated Consent Authority for development and an Approval Authority for Integrated Development around Sydney Harbour foreshores. As the successful applicant you will form part of a multi-disciplinary team, which participates in the strategic management of NSW Maritime's property portfolio. You will also assess the merit of proposed uses, activities and development on or adjacent to NSW Maritime's land, and work with the team on projects that require their specific expertise.
