As one of Australia’s leading diversified FM Providers, our client holds a considerable management of services across retail, commercial and industrial assets on a national basis.

Reporting directly into the Senior Facilities Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring optimal the technical and operational performance across this commercial property. Functionally, you will be heavily involved in tenant relationship management and overseeing the appointment and work quality of contractors. Technically, you will be expected to provide management over Mechanical & Electrical performance, Building Codes compliance, OH&S policy and Risk Management.

To succeed in this role, you will come from a Trade or Engineering background with experience in the Facilities Management arena. A strong understanding of OH&S policy in a commercial asset environment will hold you application in high regard. Your well developed communication skills, both verbal and written, will be heavily relied upon as will your commitment to customer service.
